Mo Co Planning Staff Recommends Notley Rd Zoning Change on 10/20

On 10/20/25, the Planning Staff (Troy Leftwich’s team) recommended that the Planning Board approve a zoning change when it meets on 10/30, which will allow Developers to build 130 townhouses, 50 feet high, on the land on Notley Rd.
