When we began our work in July 2025, we guess-timated needing $23k to fund our efforts.  After the Developer revised its application, our attorney worked on a well-conceived strategy for opposing the townhomes (through to the OZAH Hearing), we revised our goal to $34,000. This included attorney's fees, filings, and witnesses, as well as communications materials.  In early November 2025, we had raised $38,000 with our neighbors and put another call for more fundraising to get us through an extended OZAH hearing - DAY 2 (Dec 2), DAY 3 (Jan 15), DAY 4 (Mar 16) - and the District Council Hearing (TBD - Early 2026). The Developer has much deeper pockets but we are the community who lives here.  Thank you to all who have contributed!!!
